1) Lighten Up

Has your winter been cold and snowy? If so, you've probably been pairing your cheap ugg boots   with thick wool socks and your heaviest jeans and corduroys. Now's the time to shed a few layers!

As weather allows, try a miniskirt--either with ribbed-knit tights or, if you're lucky enough to live somewhere warm, bare legs beneath.
